雷射剝蝕技術(Laser Ablation, LA)及雷射誘導破裂光譜技術(Laser-Induced Breakdown Spectroscopy, LIBS)是利用雷射光束與樣品表面作用形成各種分子、原子與離子等物種後，再利用光譜或質譜檢測系統對此類物種進行分析，進而得到樣品的元素組成和含量資訊。相較於傳統的濕式分析法如AAS、 AFS、ICP-MS等樣品前處理複雜，操作週期長，附加費用高等缺點。LA-ICP-MS及LIBS技術具有無需樣品製備，數秒內可得到分析結果，多元素同時檢測等優點。此技術目前在國際上已廣泛應用於綠色能源材料分析:鋰電池電極材料組成成分分析及太陽能電池開發應用、環境應用分析、高分子材料分析及生醫影像應用分析:金屬標靶藥物追蹤等技術，成為化學分析的新穎工具。

ASI 公司由美國加州大學伯克利分校的美國國家能源技術實驗室著名科學家Richard E.Russo 博士創建，公司在美國國家能源技術實驗室30多年LIBS技術研究成果的基礎上，與生物醫學、半導體、環境領域的先進技術相融合，致力於LIBS和LA-ICP-MS在化學分析領域的應用和開發，使元素化學分析簡單快速化，測量結果精確化，分析過程綠色化。

遲震寰博士 Dr. Zhenhuan Chi, Ph.D. Applied Spectra, Inc. 亞洲銷售總監 |
As Asia Sales Director, Dr. Zhenhuan Chi will oversee direct sales of LIBS and laser ablation products throughout much of Asia. Dr. Chi’s extensive research experience in material analysis, instrument development, and environmental analysis using spectroscopic methods provides the technical background necessary to drive sales, as well as identify new Asian markets. Dr. Chi did pioneering work on the quantitative analysis of protein secondary structures with Raman spectroscopy and chemometrics and has over twenty publications in journals, including the Journal of Physical Chemistry, Journal of the American Chemical Society, and Biochemistry. Formerly a Research Associate at the Oak Ridge National Lab, Dr. Chi holds a B.Sc. degree from Peking University and Ph.D. degree from the University of Pittsburgh, both in Chemistry. |
